Return & Damage Policy

All sales are final. Due to the custom and limited nature of fine art photography prints and products, Lady In Black Photography LLC does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed and submitted for production.

In the rare event your artwork arrives damaged during shipment, please notify us and our fulfillment customer service, in writing within 72 hours of confirmed delivery and include:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item(s)
  • Photographs of the original packaging and shipping label
  • Your order number and contact information

Damage claims are handled through our authorized fulfillment and distribution partners. Upon verification and approval of the shipping damage claim, the fulfillment team will review your case promptly and work towards providing a suitable solution.

Please note:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, cropping, or print medium are considered normal due to monitor settings and production processes.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information and product selections are accurate before checkout.
  • Refused deliveries or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
